One-day cooking class Empanadas Argentinas
Hands-on cooking class Conducted by Teresita in English or Spanish. She shares her cuisine secrets of typical Empanadas Argentinas and its relation to the culture. The cooking class uses traditional products from the region. You'll learn the trick to tasty and juicy empanadas done with traditional methods.
Time Schedule: The class can be taken either in the morning or in the afternoon Monday through Saturday (let us know your day and time prefrences). The morning class starts at 10:00 am - the afternoon class starts at 4:00 pm. Class lasts approximately 3 hours (including time for lunch or diner) and is followed by either lunch or dinner based on the lesson's subject. Classes are given to no more than one or two people at the same time.

Paring wine
A Malbec wine from Mendoza with taste of cherries, plums, blackberries and raspberries, and marked by a peppery spice, licorice and ample tannins.
